What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days once approved.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
When will I get my order?
Pre-order items are produced after purchase and will ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on the product page but are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery timing may vary due to production delays, supply chain issues, or carrier delays.
How much does shipping cost?
